Amkor Technology Korea runs an ESH management system based on ISO45001/ISO14001 and has an organization that can effectively manage the management system. The ESH team is responsible for various environmental, safety, and health-related tasks and works with department managers to prevent serious disasters.

 Various activities are carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the management system and bring about improvement. The Occupational Safety and Health Committee is held regularly for the effective operation of the management system. In accordance with the implementation of the integrated environmental management system, Amkor Technology Korea organize Task Force Team that manage the integrated environmental management system.
