prevents accidents in the environment, safety, and health areas and minimizes damages. The emergency
system includes 24 hours monitoring system for all equipment, facilities, utilities, safe and any abnormal
conditions. In the case of emergencies, the headquarter immediately communicates the situation for
emergency relief actions and takes any further actions that may be required.
Emergency Response System
�When normal operation is not available or there is foreseeable danger
for employees due to fire, explosion, leakage of gas or toxic materials, natural disaster, and other
accidents, Amkor Technology Korea immediately reacts to these issues in order to protect employees and
minimize secondary damage. With a prompt reaction, the company effectively settles accidents while also
minimizing environmental impact.
Natural Disaster Response Program
In particular, Amkor Technology Korea registered earthquake, heavy snow,
storm, and flood damage in SPEC and the company also has a special TFT which consists of related specialists
that are regularly trained in order for an active, fast response.
