Amkor Technology Korea has obtained ISO45001 (Safety and Health Management System) and ISO14001 (Environmental Management System) certification according to the ESH management system and establishes and operates a systematic ESH management system. Besides, the company refurbished the Management System and formed new organizations; therefore, successfully enforcing the Management System.

 In order to protect the lives and safety of employees, a safety activity plan is established, and continuous improvement activities are carried out through the P-D-C-A cycle, such as implementation, operation, inspection, and corrective action.

 Amkor Technology Korea attained certifications of the ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems in 1996 and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in 2004. In 2006, the company introduced the ESH Management System to effectively manage its environmental management systems and the new system was certified by SGS, a certifying institute in the environment, safety, and health field. Moreover, the company also transferred the certifications to ISO14001: 2015 in 2018 and ISO45001 : 2018 in 2020 for further reinforcement of the ESH Management System.

The company not only complies with related regulations but also improves business processes in R&D, procurement, store, production, logistic, and sales.
