Amkor Technology Korea conducts an annual internal audit regarding the ESH Management System operation and accomplishments in order to effectively control the company's impact on the environment, safety, and health. In 2022, the company came up with 299 findings and conducted improvement activities for them. During the internal audit, the company formed an audit team that evaluates each operation of the workplace and communicates the evaluation results with other workplaces. When the company designed the internal audit, it made sure for an audit to cover all areas of environment, safety, and health.

 The internal auditors who conduct the internal audit for environment, safety, and health are appointed according to the company's regulation. The company requires the internal auditors to complete the international auditing training program and provides various education programs in order to enhance the quality of the auditors.

 Also, the internal audit for environment, safety, and health is conducted by the audit team which enables cross checking throughout the whole operation of the workplaces. Any issue detected through the audit is immediately processed for further improvement.
