Medical Check-Up and Follow-Up
Conducting general/special health checkups for employees' health
management and disease prevention. For employees with abnormal results from a medical check-up, the
company arranges regular medical consultations based on a doctor's suggestions to help employees
maintain their health.
Cooperated hospitals
The company provides high quality medical services through a
cooperating hospital which is a small sized medical institution. The cooperating hospital is connected to
a local general hospital and provides timely treatments and systematic transportation of patients.
Mental health program and psychological counseling center operation
Self-scale tests are conducted for job stress and depression through
mental health programs. There is a psychological counseling center in the workplace, and a psychological
counselor resides to provide treatment or counseling on stress management, interpersonal relationships,
family problems, marital problems, and children's problems at work.
Prevention of cerebrovascular disease
As a result of the health examination, the health care center regularly
provides blood pressure, height/weight, blood sugar, and body fat measurement services for employees with
abnormalities. Employees can prevent more serious cerebrovascular diseases by checking their obesity,
central obesity, basal metabolism, body development, and body fat changes.
Musculoskeletal Disorders Prevention Center
There are many female employees in the manufacturing unit and the
characteristics of this unit leads to pain the shoulders, arms, legs and waist so the company provides a
musculoskeletal disorders prevention center for employees to alleviate their pain.
Non-Smoking Campaign
Conduct smoking cessation clinics and campaigns to encourage employees to
practice smoking cessation and maintain their health.
Fitness program
To improve the physical strength and health of executives and employees,
we run a "Knowing My Physical Strength" program that allows you to receive systematic physical strength
management through scientific physical strength measurement and personalized exercise prescriptions.
Industrial Hygiene Management
Working environment measurement
Amkor Technology Korea is conducting work environment measurement to

Study the harmful factors of musculoskeletal disorders and implement a
musculoskeletal disease prevention program to realize a better working environment
Chemical substance management
Amkor Technology Korea reviews environmental, safety, health hazards and
risks through the chemical pre-evaluation system, and can be used after purchase only if suitability is
determined. Once the chemicals are in stock, they track the process to final disposal by identifying usage
and inventory. Chemicals used by Amkor Technology Korea are strictly limited according to the domestic
chemical law and the list of self-regulated substances.
